1) Legally Binding Agreement: By signing a contract with Satisfying Soft Wash & Pressure Cleaning, LLC you are signing a legally binding contract for agreed upon work to be completed at a prearranged price.
2) Product Warranties: Satisfying Soft Wash & Pressure Cleaning, LLC makes no additional warranties beyond those of the manufacturers of the products used.
3) Water Usage: Your signature authorizes Satisfying Soft Wash & Pressure Cleaning, LLC to access, at no charge, a functional on-site water supply to complete the agreed upon project. Additional charges will be incurred if access to water is restricted.
4) Electrical Usage: Your signature authorizes Satisfying Soft Wash & Pressure Cleaning, LLC to access, at no charge, a functional on-site electrical supply to complete the agreed upon project. Additional charges will be incurred if access to electricity is restricted.
5) Safety: For safety reasons, children and pets should be kept at a safe distance from all active job sites, and for 24 hours after job completion.
6) Payments: Payments to Satisfying Soft Wash & Pressure Cleaning, LLC are due as per the agreed upon schedule and are to be paid by check or cash. All balances are due upon completion of the job. The customer agrees to pay any cost incurred by Satisfying Soft Wash & Pressure Cleaning, LLC related to the collection of outstanding balances.
7) Scheduling: Job schedules may be affected by external factors beyond our control such as the weather or a pandemic. If any unforeseen scheduling changes arise you will be notified promptly.
8) Removal & Replacement of Deck/Patio/Yard Contents: Removal and replacement of grills, outdoor furniture, planters, and any other items are the responsibility of the homeowner. Should we need to remove items from the work area, we will not be responsible for any damage or breakage. Additional charges will be applied for any time and labor needed to remove these items.
9) Responsibilities and Communication: Property owners are responsible for preparing the site prior to the appointment. For apartment complexes and businesses, site management agrees to communicate with tenants in a timely manner regarding responsibilities and expectations throughout the job. Responsibilities include:
All windows and doors should be closed completely
Items of value should be moved or covered
Water sensitive electrical components should be sealed or removed
Pet waste should be removed from ALL areas our crews will be accessing
Children and pets should be kept at a safe distance from all active job sites, and for 24 hours after job completion
Avoid active or still wet work sites, especially where chemicals are necessary for the job
10) Damages: Satisfying Soft Wash & Pressure Cleaning, LLC is not responsible for damages due to:
Improperly installed or maintained siding, shingles, gutters, electrical wiring, windows, or doors
Improperly sealed or opened windows or doors
ALL unprotected electrical equipment including lighting, signs, and cameras
Wood rot
Defective construction
Sun damage (oxidation)
Striped, etched, or chipped concrete
Tenants/Owners entering active or wet job sites, including damages to clothing
Overspray on vehicles parked within the work area
Lack of access (i.e. Climbing over fences to access backyard)
11) Expectations:
Some stains are unable to be removed by the pressure washing process. In cases of staining from tree sap, artillery fungus, grease, wood stains, and paints, no guarantees can be offered.
Variations in wood quality, age, and prior maintenance may affect the overall tone and appearance of fences and decks. Wood restoration is offered at an additional cost but is not included.
Variations in concrete quality, age, and prior maintenance may affect the overall outcome.
Water spots may appear on windows as a result of the pressure washing process. Window cleaning is not included.
