Satisfying soft wash was great regarding initial inquiry and site visit for a free estimate. I was contacted same day for a free estimate. The owner was on time and gave a fair bid. He showed up and performed work on time the same day that I was told. Communication is key regarding home projects and he did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to. Everything was left the way I left it in the morning and came back to everything put back in place. I had an issue after the service was done. The owner came up immediately at 7pm and addressed my concerns. The concerns were really things that I simply did not understand. The owner took the time to explain. I had unrealistic expectations for the current condition my home was in. Something that simply soft washing would not fix. After a demonstration and proof that my concerns would not be resolved from soft washing I left feeling more educated and also agreed that what I had going on had nothing to do with his services. Over all great experience and did a great job with what I had going on on my home. It defiantly looks better than before. In short I realized that soft washing could make things look better but it can’t replace a fresh coat of paint. I would highly recommend this companies services to anyone who wants a fair price, great communication and an owner that truly cares about customer satisfaction. Choose this company if you want to be treated fair, honestly and have great service before, during and after!

Amazing!!! One day and my house was shiny and bright! We built a custom 2 story stucco, cream colored home 15 years ago. It was covered with black mold and years of dust and grime. We thought for sure, we would need to pressure wash it inch by inch which would take weeks. Joseph came and in one day, and two men, transformed my house and it now looks (almost) brand new, like the day I moved in 15 years ago. Truly an amazing transformation!! I will have Joseph come back every year and keep my house looking clean and new! I could not be more pleased!! Joseph is a professional, hard worker who stuck to his bid original bid although I think the job took him longer than expected. I highly recommend!

They did a great job cleaning up our roof and the siding of our home which was covered in a TON of algae that was getting out of control. Would recommend! Also, I appreciate that they text because phone tag is not ideal. Would recommend!

Joseph and Mike did a great job. They did the whole house (2story) plus back yard deck, all my brick walkways, driveway and sidewalk. Couldn't ask for a better job, or nicer gentlemen. Will certainly have them again, in a heartbeat! A very satisfied customer.

Joseph and his crew cleaned the exterior of our home including gutters, and all surrounding concrete and it looks amazing. Communication was excellent and he fit us in quickly even in the busy season. He even came over on the weekend to give us a quote! I highly recommend these pros and will definitely contact Satisfying Soft Wash next time we need a clean.

I would recommend Satisfying Soft Wash. Joseph did a thorough job, the house looks so much better! He was easy to work with, friendly and punctual. I also liked the fact that he let me know when he was on his way. After he was all packed up and ready to go, he noticed a spot he was not satisfied with and took care of it.
